    2. What You Buy

    Memnar is a digital product. When you purchase Full Access, you receive a downloadable set of markdown files (your "Memnar") generated from the documents you upload.

    3. Pricing

    All prices shown on memnar.ai include Dutch VAT (21%). Payment options and our payment provider will be confirmed at checkout.

    4. Delivery

    Memnar is delivered digitally. After your documents are processed, you can download your Memnar from your account. Processing takes between a few minutes and 24 hours, depending on the volume of uploaded documents.

    5. Right of Withdrawal

    Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Because Memnar is a digital product, this right expires once you download your generated Memnar, provided you gave explicit consent to start delivery before the withdrawal period ended.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Your uploaded documents and generated Memnar belong to you. Mission Relearn does not claim ownership of your content. The Memnar platform, branding, and software remain the property of Mission Relearn.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Memnar is provided "as is." Memnar generates a starting profile of your voice and expertise from the documents you provide. The quality improves as you add more material, and we cannot guarantee that every AI tool will interpret your Memnar identically. Mission Relearn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

    8. Complaints

    If you have a complaint, email annet@memnar.ai. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Dutch law.
