Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

Under Dutch and EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of a digital product. Because Memnar is delivered digitally, this right expires once your Memnar has been generated and made available for download, provided you gave explicit consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period ended.

How to Request a Refund

For statutory withdrawal requests, email annet@memnar.ai. We handle valid requests in line with EU consumer law.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
